🗳️Exchanging Tickets

This page describes how to exchange an existing ticket for a specific show for a new show, date, or time.

Navigate to the Customer

1. Navigate to the Customers page using the left navigation menu.

2. Select the customer that currently holds the ticket.

3. On the Customer Details page, select Edit Customer.

4. Using the list of tickets at the bottom of the page, select the ticket the patron wishes to exchange by clicking the pencil icon on the right.

5. Edit the ticket details for the exchange, to the ticket the patron wants.
